PreLuxe Shipping Policy
At PreLuxe, we recognize that the safe and secure delivery of your luxury asset is paramount. Due to the high value of our authenticated goods, all shipments are handled with maximum security protocols.
Processing Time

Order Verification: All orders are subject to a mandatory 1–3 business day verification period to confirm payment, address accuracy, and conduct final authentication checks.

Shipment: Once verified, orders typically ship within 5–7 business days following the purchase date. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Security
All shipments are insured for the full purchase value and require enhanced security measures to protect your investment.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We utilize premium services such as FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Mandatory Signature: For your protection, all shipments over $1,000 USD (or all luxury bags) require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Insurance: Every parcel is fully insured by PreLuxe against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
International Shipping

Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries. Available rates and estimated transit times will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. PreLuxe cannot predict or estimate these fees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the final destination, the item’s dimensions, and the required insurance coverage. Any costs related to expedited shipping will be listed as a separate option during the checkout process.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to PreLuxe because it was refused, marked as undeliverable, or the customer was unavailable to sign for it after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred by PreLuxe. A refund for the item will only be issued after deducting these fees.
