PreLuxe Return Policy

NEW AND NEVER WORN ASSETS (FINAL SALE)

PreLuxe does not take returns on assets described as new or never worn. Any asset for which the condition states "New," "Never Used," and/or "Store Fresh" is a FINAL SALE.

FINAL SALE occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company, when a bank wire is received, or when an ACH transaction is completed.

Please inspect the asset carefully within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for any issues regarding the asset, with the exception of authenticity, beyond that period.

PRE-OWNED ASSETS (RETURN ELIGIBLE)

We accept returns on assets described in the condition title as "Like New," "Excellent," "Very Good," or "Good," providing that the asset is returned in the exact same condition as when it was sold.

  1. Initiate Return: You must email lama@preluxe.com within 48 hours of receipt of the asset you wish to return.

  2. Return Label: We will issue you an insured return label.

  3. Self-Shipment: Should you elect to return using your own insured label, we must receive the asset back within four days of the date you notified us of your intent to return.

  4. Refund: Refunds will be processed for the item cost only and will not include any applicable transaction fees, original shipping fees, or insurance costs.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter any issues, including compromised packaging, shipping damage, or discrepancies with your asset, you must report these to our support team within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photographs or other supporting evidence clearly showing the issue. Our team will promptly investigate your claim.
