Dream Bag Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by PreLuxe, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 618 Tularosa, Irvine, CA 92618 ("Sponsor" or "PreLuxe").

2. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins September 7, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends September 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter. Enter by either method (each person may enter once; choose one):
(a) Instagram: Follow @preluxe.us on Instagram and comment on the official giveaway post naming your dream bag in the format BRAND | MODEL | SIZE | COLOR | HARDWARE (use "ANY" for unknown fields); or
(b) Website: Complete the entry form at preluxe.com/pages/giveaway with your name, email address, and dream bag details.
Optional bonus entry: share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @preluxe.us (one bonus entry; not required to enter or win). No purchase, payment, or fee is required to enter. An Instagram account is free to create; if you do not use Instagram, the website method provides an equal, free means of entry.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) authenticated Hermès Picotin 22 handbag in Black Taurillon Clemence leather with Palladium Hardware. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,275. The prize is authenticated pre-owned/new-condition merchandise supplied by Sponsor. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,275.

6. Winner Selection & Odds. One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across both entry methods, conducted within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or the email address provided, and must respond within five (5) days and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Beware of scam accounts: PreLuxe will never ask for payment, credit card details, or shipping fees to release the prize.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and dream-bag selection for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy. Information submitted is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway and, with consent, to send marketing communications. See Sponsor's Privacy Policy at preluxe.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entry generated by script, bot, or other automated means, or any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, and to award the prize from eligible entries received prior to such action. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters.

11. Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Hermès is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway in any way.

12. Not Sponsored by Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

13. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

14. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send an email with the subject "Dream Bag Winner List" to info@preluxe.com within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
